This is a free, open-source project run by one person. I answer as quickly as I can but there is no service-level guarantee.

What to include

Which assistant you use (Claude or ChatGPT) and which skill you were using.
What you asked, what you expected, and what happened instead.
Which connectors, if any, were connected, or whether you uploaded a file.

Please do not post member data. Do not include names, email addresses, phone numbers or other personal details of your members or guests in an issue or email. Describe the problem with made-up examples instead.

Privacy, removal and data requests

The plugin holds no data, so there is nothing for me to remove from it. See the privacy policy.
To ask about the little I do hold (support emails), or to have it deleted, email jason@communitylab.ai.
If you are a member of a community and want something you shared removed, or want to opt out of introductions or messages, contact the community manager who runs that community. They decide how your data is used.
If you are a community manager and a member asks you to forget something, honour it straight away and note it in your intro ledger. The plugin’s skills do the same.

Common questions

A skill did not start. What should I try?

Ask in plain words that match the job, for example “Match the attendees of my next Luma event” or “Help me introduce two members”. Check the plugin is installed and enabled in your assistant.

It cannot see my Luma, Notion or HubSpot data.

Connectors are optional and set up in your assistant’s connector settings. Without one, upload a CSV export and the skill will work from the file.

Can it send the messages for me?

It drafts messages. It sends only if you explicitly ask it to, through a connected tool that asks you to confirm, and never in bulk. Most people copy the drafts into WhatsApp or email.

I found a security problem.
